• Sales expertise: A minimum of two years in selling complex or consultative products, preferably in automotive retail, tooling and operating equipment sales, commercial vehicles, fleet management, or related fields.
• Proven success in building a customer base: You have independently attracted new clients and actively nurtured deals, rather than merely processing leads from headquarters.
• Drive and self-motivation: You actively seek solutions instead of making excuses and consistently pursue successful closures.
• Detailed documentation: You meticulously log contacts and appointments, maintain an overview, and ensure that follow-ups are carried out without fail.
• Strong interpersonal skills: You establish trust through authentic listening rather than relying on memorized phrases.
• Effective communication: You articulate your ideas in a manner that resonates with dealership decision-makers — direct, dependable, and at eye level.
