📋 Description

• Full sales ownership: You are in charge of the entire sales journey, from the initial cold outreach to the final signed contract. There are no hand-offs — you have complete ownership.

• Strong closing abilities: You lead negotiations to a successful conclusion with the necessary persistence and reliability, never backing down when challenges arise.

• Proactive business development: You leverage any effective channels—field sales, phone calls, or in-person visits—to drive deals forward according to your strategy.

• On-site engagement: Whether at trade shows or directly at the dealership, your personal interactions serve as your most effective tool for establishing trust and closing sales.

• Needs-based consulting: You comprehend daily dealership functions, pinpoint the needs of your discussion partners, and clearly illustrate the benefits to them.

• Collaborative initiative: When support is needed, you seek it out—from product, marketing, or other areas. You work to eliminate obstacles rather than letting them hinder progress.


⛳️ Requirements

• Sales expertise: A minimum of two years in selling complex or consultative products, preferably in automotive retail, tooling and operating equipment sales, commercial vehicles, fleet management, or related fields.

• Proven success in building a customer base: You have independently attracted new clients and actively nurtured deals, rather than merely processing leads from headquarters.

• Drive and self-motivation: You actively seek solutions instead of making excuses and consistently pursue successful closures.

• Detailed documentation: You meticulously log contacts and appointments, maintain an overview, and ensure that follow-ups are carried out without fail.

• Strong interpersonal skills: You establish trust through authentic listening rather than relying on memorized phrases.

• Effective communication: You articulate your ideas in a manner that resonates with dealership decision-makers — direct, dependable, and at eye level.
