This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You oversee the complete sales process, from the initial contact and needs assessment to a successful closure, ensuring effective and transparent communication with both colleagues and clients.

• You adeptly present and sell our consultative services and software solutions at decision-maker levels, consistently exhibiting professionalism and confidence.

• You actively engage with potential clients, strategically broaden our network, and chase your sales objectives with determination and a structured methodology.

• You consistently monitor your sales territory, analyze opportunities and potentials, and make well-informed decisions for your area.

• You maintain existing client references and intentionally develop them, prioritizing sustainable, long-term customer relationships.

• You perform market and competitor analyses, deriving actionable steps to enhance our sales initiatives.

• You devise distinct and effective sales strategies tailored to various target groups and business types, implementing them with precision.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in selling services within the B2B sector.

• Familiarity with complex or consultative software, platform, or IT services is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A background in gastronomy or institutional catering, along with a well-established professional network in this domain, is a considerable asset; a degree in business administration or a similar qualification enhances your profile.

• Understanding of end-to-end workflows in foodservice management—from menu planning to inventory management and service—demonstrating how software can enhance these processes.

• A confident and persuasive demeanor when engaging with decision-makers at both specialist and management levels.

• Strong grasp of technical contexts, data platforms, or software projects.

• Experience in project or solution sales.

• You possess a Class B driver's license and are willing to travel frequently.
