This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• The Sales Manager will be tasked with recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and nurturing Mid-Market/SMB Account Executives.
• Foster a culture focused on performance, creativity, and innovation to consistently meet new logo revenue goals.
• Take ownership of and drive the execution of Trustwell’s new business pipeline objectives.
• Attract, recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent.
• Construct and lead high-performing sales teams to generate additional growth opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software sales or relevant experience within the food industry is required.
• 3-5 years of experience leading successful New Logo mid-market/SMB sales teams with a proven track record.
• Familiarity with a highly technical sales process is essential.
• Relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing sector, including ERP, WMS, PLM, or QMS solutions.
