• Engage with and pre-qualify incoming leads
• Implement outbound prospecting strategies and autonomously build a sales pipeline
• Leverage AI-driven prospecting methods and advanced tools
• Provide support at trade shows and record activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure the quality of leads
• Establish partnerships and arrange demo appointments
• 1–2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS context or involving complex/technical products
• Proficient in outbound sales tactics, such as cold calling, sequence campaigns, or list research
• Capability to pre-qualify leads in a systematic manner and assess them against a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) or framework
• Comfortable on the phone, persistent in follow-ups, and approachable
• Consistent and disciplined use of CRM, maintaining clean and accurate data
• Passion for digital transformation and an understanding of quality software for tax/accounting firms
• Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear manner
• Self-driven, organized, and dependable — able to work effectively in a remote environment
• A team-oriented individual, solution-focused, with strong communication skills in German (both verbal and written)
