This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee and lead a team of enterprise account executives dedicated to enhancing client retention.
• Create and execute account management strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Set and implement clear objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators for the team.
• Track, evaluate, and report on sales goals, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Offer coaching and professional development opportunities for account executives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management or relevant leadership roles within Enterprise ($1B+ companies).
• Proven track record of success in sales or account management within the corporate SAAS industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
