This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
β’ Manage a specific portfolio of accounts categorized by performance tier, implementing customized strategies for retention, growth, and activation.
β’ Achieve set KPIs including revenue growth, passenger volume, and acquisition costs.
β’ Act as the commercial leader for each account, converting business goals into quantifiable sales actions.
β’ Create and uphold a strategic quarterly territory plan, subject to review by the Field Sales Director.
β’ Adjust time and resource allocation responsively based on account performance, partner engagement, and conversion trends.
β’ Utilize Salesforce and additional reporting tools to monitor performance trends, identify potential risks, and discover new opportunities.
β’ Establish strong relationships with partner decision-makers and frontline advisors.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales positions, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
β’ Proven track record of managing a sales territory and achieving growth through strategic account planning and execution.
β’ Proficient in strategic sales planning and pipeline management.
β’ Strong consultative relationship-building skills with commercial fluency.
β’ Experience in data analysis and CRM utilization (Salesforce preferred).
β’ Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
β’ Capable of adaptive problem-solving and self-management.
β’ High level of accountability and dedication to achieving results.
β’ Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Familiarity with digital reporting tools and email marketing platforms.
β’ Travel: Both international and domestic travel is necessary.
β’ Up to 60% overnight travel is required, including some international trips.
