This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives for the R&R mainline business.
• Directly oversee major and critical accounts to optimize and expand sales opportunities with your assigned teams.
• Actively engage in monthly sales meetings, forecasting sessions, product discussions, and market share evaluations.
• Collect and relay monthly market, customer, and product insights to the relevant individuals and groups within the company.
• Establish sales performance and personal objectives for your teams.
• Follow up on lead generation efforts initiated by the marketing and inside sales teams.
• Lead and manage forecasting for mainline products and ensure expenses remain at or below budgeted levels.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or industry experience.
• A valid US driver's license.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of all products marketed by the company.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans and comprehensive sales programs.
• Estimated travel requirements of 60 - 75% involving overnight stays.
