This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Conduct technical sales calls to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Interact with prospects through live chat (Chatra), phone and text (Quo), and email.
• Address detailed technical inquiries regarding products, installation, and requirements.
• Establish trust with customers through transparent, consultative communication.
• Create customized recommendations based on customer specifications and technical limitations.
• Work alongside product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Present intricate technical information clearly and accessibly.
• Track leads and follow-ups using Google Sheets (with CRM implementation planned).
• Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain organized pipeline management.
• Assist the sales team in advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of sales processes as the business grows.
• Aid in the transition towards expanded sales coverage and improved operational efficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a technical or consultative sales setting.
• Experience with high-ticket sales and guiding customers through intricate purchasing decisions is preferred.
• Strong capability to comprehend and convey technical concepts effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to swiftly learn complex product details.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team.
• Familiarity with tools such as Chatra, Quo, Shopify, and Google Sheets is preferred.
• Technical knowledge related to electrical systems, construction, or installation considerations is preferred.
