This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of and achieve sales revenue, profit goals, and strategic product objectives for France.
• Lead, coordinate, and mentor the French sales team.
• Facilitate the professional growth of team members.
• Ensure the implementation of a consultative selling methodology.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients.
• Track market trends and convert relevant insights into actionable plans.
• A higher education degree; a background in Business Administration is preferred.
• Demonstrated commercial, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing sales teams.
• Experience in the medical device and/or diagnostics sector.
• Excellent consultative selling skills.
• High customer service standards and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English; fluency in French is expected.
