This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and execute sales initiatives to meet targets, driving growth and enhancing the presence in designated territories;
• Engage and onboard new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) while providing comprehensive training on our system;
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with newly acquired partners;
• Prepare, implement, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, including the necessary documentation and technical setup;
• Manage accounts until the initial purchase is completed;
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms by partners, including monitoring payment processes;
• Dedicate approximately 50% of your working hours to business travel, encompassing client meetings, industry events, and other business-related engagements;
• Conduct analysis of the market and competitive landscape;
• Provide regular, detailed reporting via CRM and internal systems;
• Initiate API agreements with both potential and current partners.
• Relevant Experience. A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales management or business development within B2B companies in the travel sector.
• Market Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of the travel market in the region, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs).
• Language knowledge. Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Travel Requirements. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time may be necessary.
• Analytical skills. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-focused, and proficient with numerical analysis.
• Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, highly motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, enthusiastic about innovative technology, and adaptable to a rapidly changing business environment, as well as being a team player.
• International mindset. Ability to comprehend and work across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global footprint.
• Familiarity with API technology agreements is an advantage.
