This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach and needs assessment to successful closure, ensuring effective and reliable communication with both colleagues and clients.

• You will confidently present and sell our consultative services and software solutions to decision-makers, maintaining a professional demeanor.

• You will proactively engage potential clients, strategically broaden our network, and diligently pursue your sales objectives with a structured approach.

• You will continuously assess your sales market, analyze opportunities and potentials, and make informed decisions for your region.

• You will nurture existing client relationships, developing them intentionally, as building sustainable, long-term connections is essential to you.

• You will perform market and competitor analyses, deriving actionable strategies to enhance our sales initiatives.

• You will create tailored and effective sales strategies for various target groups and operational types, implementing them with purpose.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in selling services within the B2B sector.

• Familiarity with consultative software, platform, or IT services is preferred but not mandatory.

• A background in gastronomy or institutional catering and/or a well-established professional network in this sector is a significant advantage — a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification complements your profile.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes in catering management — from menu planning to inventory management and service — with the insight into how software can enhance these processes.

• A confident and persuasive demeanor when interacting with decision-makers at both the specialist and management levels.

• Strong grasp of technical concepts, data platforms, or software projects.

• Experience in project or solution sales.

• A valid Class B driving license and a willingness to travel frequently.
