β’ Developing a tailored regional strategy and execution plan for each representative on your team
β’ Guiding and coaching a team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives
β’ Working in partnership with the Director of Business Development to stimulate pipeline expansion
β’ Providing essential feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Marketing departments
β’ Managing the development of your direct reports with both care and precision
β’ Over 7 years of consistently exceeding quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS sector
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams of this nature
β’ A proven ability to engage in boardroom discussions and secure substantial, complex deals
β’ Leading a metrics-focused organization that harmonizes large enterprise transactions with semi-transactional business
β’ A consultative approach, perceiving relationship building as an art
β’ Strong technical curiosity regarding web infrastructure and content management systems
