BIM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and coordination of BIM processes within complex construction projects.

• Creation, review, and development of AIA, BAP, and project-specific information requirements.

• Leading regular BIM meetings and coordination rounds.

• Setting up and maintaining the collaboration platform (e.g., DALUX).

• Conducting quality checks and assisting with model coordination.

• Participation in workshops and supporting the advancement of project-specific BIM standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, TGA, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in BIM management.

• Excellent knowledge of DALUX or similar tools.

• Proficient in using digital collaboration platforms.

• Familiar with ISO 19650 and the creation and application of AIA and BAP.

• Experience in project management.

• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
