This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead a completely remote tele-sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Take ownership of team sales quotas and performance results.
• Convert business objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Uphold performance standards across activities, conversion rates, and pipeline management.
• Implement corrective measures to enhance results.
• Streamline workflows, schedules, and coverage for a remote team.
• Ensure team alignment through virtual collaboration tools.
• Provide structured, data-informed coaching.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development planning.
• Oversee the entire performance lifecycle, including corrective measures.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Execute and refine sales strategies, lead utilization, workflows, and the adoption of the sales playbook.
• Collaborate across various functions.
• Analyze performance metrics and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Offer forecasting insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Guarantee compliance with quality and governance standards.
• Manage escalations and negotiations, mitigate risks, and drive resolutions.
• A degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in sales or inside sales environments.
• Typically, 0–2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• 1–2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Experience in leading tele-sales or inside sales teams in a performance-oriented setting.
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Familiarity with KPI scorecards, dashboards, CRM systems, and forecasting tools.
• Experience in enhancing or scaling sales team performance through coaching and process improvements.
• Strong skills in leadership and accountability management.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Proven capability to coach and develop sales talent.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and remote team leadership skills.
• Capability to sit and work at a computer for extended durations.
• Ability to communicate via phone and video conferencing tools.
• Up to 25% travel may be necessary.
