This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As the initial point of contact for individuals interested in a sales career, you play a vital role.
• You assess their potential, inspire them about our sales training programs, and assist them throughout the enrollment journey.
• You introduce appropriate educational offerings, clarify funding options (such as the German 'Bildungsgutschein' vocational training voucher), and support them until they sign the contract.
• You maintain communication with prospective participants, proactively reaching out and following up via phone, email, or video.
• Utilizing our CRM system during consultations, you track conversions and contribute to the enhancement of our processes.
• You analyze competitors, engage in strategic thinking, and actively share your ideas with the team.
• Your goal is to create a meaningful impact — for both others and yourself.
• You possess professional competence and a process-oriented mindset, acquired through commercial vocational training and enhanced by 2–3 years of experience in customer service, a call center, sales, or personnel services — experience in advising on or selling educational programs is advantageous.
• Communication: You articulate clearly and enjoy interacting with individuals — including via phone.
• Independence: You take pleasure in working independently, quickly adapt to new environments, manage diverse tasks, and maintain a clear overview.
• People skills: You can relate to individuals from various life situations with empathy.
• Motivation: You flourish in a dynamic setting with varied responsibilities and aim to maximize your work potential.
• German: Excellent proficiency in the German language, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, respectful demeanor.
• Technical skills: Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.) and HubSpot confidently.
