This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• As a representative of Marmon Foodservice Technologies in the designated territory, you will foster and nurture relationships with both new and existing key account chains, distributors, and dealers of foodservice/restaurant-related products in Thailand.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and objectives for Thailand.
• Oversee and enhance distribution channels to guarantee the efficient delivery of products.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Assess market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Actively seek new prospects through cold calling techniques and work to convert each prospect into a customer by identifying opportunities.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of potential customer plans and operations to provide informed solutions, products, and services.
• Evaluate and qualify new project opportunities at customer sites.
• Work closely with internal departments during sales activities, including bidding, negotiation, and closing processes for new projects.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to finalize quoted projects and gauge satisfaction with recently completed projects.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Food and Beverage distribution sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing distribution channels.
• Proficient in the Thai language with a business-level command of English, both spoken and written, along with sales and service experience in the Thai market.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Highly motivated and driven to prospect and cultivate new accounts and opportunities.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to customer inquiries.
• Ability to engage with customers across all organizational levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong self-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
