Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Driving sales of our products while actively acquiring new customers.

• Managing key accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Representing MADx at various conferences.

• Organizing client meetings to understand and discuss their requirements.

• Resolving issues in a timely manner and addressing complaints effectively.

• Identifying new potential customers and keeping abreast of new features and product launches.

• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.

• Establishing best practices while offering innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in a scientific field.

• Residency in Switzerland with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Experience as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry, ideally in the field of allergology.

• Passion for addressing client-related issues, with a focus on accuracy and an innovative approach.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

• Excellent proficiency in both French and German.
