This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become proficient in addressing the challenges faced by our potential clients that can be resolved using Novara’s technology.
• Cultivate a vibrant, positive atmosphere that emphasizes high performance, consistent motivation, effectiveness, and results.
• Oversee and develop a new team of 6 Commercial Account Executives, primarily aimed at acquiring new logos.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and fellow sales leaders to deliver continuous training and coaching to the team regarding processes, skills, best practices, systems, and career development.
• Engage with, train on, implement, and leverage modern sales tools such as SFDC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Engage, and Einstein Conversation Insights.
• Monitor, track, and manage sales activities and outcomes utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Precisely forecast revenue growth by evaluating essential metrics related to the sales pipeline.
• Successfully implement a strategy for cross-selling and upselling to new clients within the first year using Novara’s suite of solutions.
• Lead the team to surpass quotas and promote professional growth, creating advancement opportunities for team members.
• Keep up-to-date with sales leadership processes and customer purchasing trends to enhance pipeline growth.
• Investigate and comprehend ongoing marketing campaigns to assist the sales team in achieving all objectives.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated success in Sales leadership and building a high-performing team within a SaaS software company environment.
• Must possess experience in selling or managing a team responsible for generating their own pipeline to meet booking targets.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize and implement modern sales prospecting techniques.
• A solid track record of achieving targets both individually and as a team.
• Capable of anticipating challenges of a growing organization before they arise.
• A polished and confident presenter, capable of supporting the rollout of high-visibility initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills: able to devise a plan, communicate it to key stakeholders, and execute it with quality and within deadlines.
• Ability to inspire others and drive results.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• A team leader with strong interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively informing, motivating, and organizing a multi-person sales effort.
• Experience selling within one of the core verticals mentioned above is particularly valued.
• Experience in managing teams or selling to small to mid-sized organizations is also highly valued.
