• Identify and secure new business opportunities with B2B clients in the office supply, print, packaging, and related sectors.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to establish revenue goals and take ownership of your performance metrics.

• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance oversight for a sales team with diverse experience levels to meet shared revenue objectives.

• Conduct regular pipeline assessments, assist with deal strategies, and support the team in adapting their methods with the introduction of new tools and techniques.

• Cultivate an organizational culture that values in-depth industry expertise while welcoming innovative practices.

• Take full responsibility for the setup and management of Apollo.io, including sequences, target selection, list strategies, inbox management, and deliverability.

• Leverage AI tools to identify, prioritize, and customize outreach efforts at scale.

• Establish lead scoring, segmentation, and ideal customer profile criteria for our primary product offerings.

• Continuously monitor, assess, and refine metrics such as open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI sales tools and proactively suggest new tools for implementation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within manufacturing, wholesale, print, packaging, or office products; or strong evidence of rapid adaptability to tangible goods categories.

• Proven experience in setting up and utilizing outbound tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Clay, or similar platforms.

• Strong proficiency with AI tools in a sales environment; familiar with using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or comparable technologies for drafting sequences, researching prospects, and personalizing outreach at scale, with a desire to create processes that enhance that leverage.

• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and closing deals—not just in generating leads.

• Experience in managing or mentoring fellow sales representatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated; driven by results, comfortable with uncertainty, and designed to act swiftly.

• Exceptional written communication skills—your outreach sequences must effectively convert leads.

• Nice to Have: Experience in developing internal tools, automations, or dashboards that enhance team efficiency.

• Background in selling to national retailers, office distributors, or commercial print buyers.

• Familiarity with CRM management and pipeline reporting in platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
