This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will operate in a vibrant and fast-paced setting to propel the growth of Future Machine Labs through customer acquisition.
• Leveraging your expertise, you will collaborate closely with your team to implement agile, solution-focused rollout strategies for clients, coordinate and enhance internal processes, and guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
• You will be tasked with acquiring new locations.
• Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, you will present our product on-site, offer thorough consultations, and ensure their needs are fulfilled.
• You will organize and participate in trade shows and events.
• Working closely with your sales team, you will strive to meet project objectives, formulate sales strategies, and track progression.
• You will evaluate existing sales processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and devise solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• You have completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.
• You have gained initial experience in a dynamic setting, whether in sales, start-ups, consulting, or a similar context.
• You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, established team leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a pronounced customer focus.
• You possess several years of experience in sales and are knowledgeable about sales strategies and procedures.
• You exhibit a proactive hands-on attitude and are willing to engage actively.
• You enjoy traveling and are adaptable regarding your work location.
• You have outstanding communication skills and are fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken.
• 30 days of vacation annually.
• Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with Travel Policy: €0.30/km for business trips.
