This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to a team of outside sales representatives across various markets.
• Spend time in the field with your team during customer visits, joint calls, and opportunity planning sessions.
• Assist sales personnel in enhancing their skills, expanding their territories, and achieving their full potential.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as the business expands.
• Foster a culture of mutual support, idea sharing, and collective success.
• Propel revenue growth across designated territories and markets.
• Collaborate with your team to pinpoint opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Aid in the development of market strategies, territory plans, and initiatives for customer growth.
• Provide support for larger opportunities and key customer relationships as required.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, customer needs, and emerging industry developments.
• Assist in defining target customer segments, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine where the team should allocate time and resources, helping to create practical sales playbooks and customer engagement strategies that drive growth.
• Represent HVAC RNTL at significant industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and enhance market visibility.
• Build relationships with customers and establish yourself as a trusted resource for their temporary HVAC requirements.
• Assist customers in problem-solving by coordinating the right people and resources.
• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure customers enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Represent HVAC RNTL at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and business functions.
• Develop relationships with contractors, engineering firms, facility leaders, and strategic partners to expand HVAC RNTL's market presence and customer outreach.
• Maintain oversight of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and forecasts.
• Utilize CRM tools and business data to inform decisions and support team performance.
• Collaborate closely with leadership on planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
• Work across the organization to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, and vendors to provide market insights on equipment strategy, customer requirements, and emerging product opportunities.
• Proven experience in leading and developing successful sales teams.
• A history of driving revenue growth and nurturing customer relationships.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Background in HVAC, equipment rental, industrial services, construction, power generation, or a related field is preferred.
• A person who enjoys engaging with customers and working closely with their team.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build trust with both customers and colleagues.
• A self-motivated individual who is comfortable making decisions, resolving issues, and acting swiftly.
• Ability to think strategically about markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities while remaining actively involved in execution.
• Strong industry presence with the ability to cultivate relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and industry associations.
• Comfortable representing the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry networking functions.
