This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Personally close strategic deals across both product lines, establishing benchmarks through your own achievements.

• Mentor the team to successfully navigate live deals, rather than just assessing them post-factum.

• Take ownership of and enhance the playbooks for the SDK and RGE Studio, acknowledging their varying maturity levels and target audiences: including talk tracks, qualification criteria, demo procedures, and follow-up standards.

• Streamline the sales process to ensure it is both replicable and scalable throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.

• Implement a clear operational rhythm for pipeline management, forecasting, and deal evaluations, avoiding unnecessary complexity.

• Foster an outstanding collaboration with Product and Marketing to refine buyer narratives, optimize campaign transitions, and establish shared insights into pipeline health.


⛳️ Requirements

• A sales professional who has transitioned into a leadership role while maintaining a hands-on selling approach.

• A recent history of successfully closing technical, developer-led, or product-led growth (PLG) deals.

• Experience in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in marketing technology, developer tools, or technical SaaS sectors.

• Proficient in CRM data, funnel metrics, and pipeline analysis, utilizing data for decision-making rather than solely reporting.

• A true coach who cultivates judgment rather than producing mere script-followers.

• Ability to lead remotely with clarity, enthusiasm, and accountability within a distributed team.

• Excellent communication skills in calls, demos, executive discussions, and webinars.

• Familiar with PLG: You can interpret product signals and collaborate across the organization to develop sales-assist strategies that align with them.

• A genuine interest in the functionalities of Beefree’s products and an authentic commitment to the company’s mission.

• Additional consideration for experience selling to technical buyers. Comfortable with APIs, embedded software, production versus staging, Model Context Protocol, and agentic user experience.
