• Develop and execute sales strategies while driving the implementation of marketing initiatives across regions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the Oncology Portfolio.
• Observe market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to pinpoint business opportunities across various channels.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Monitor all sales and non-sales related SF KPIs and assist the team in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire Product Specialists to boost performance and productivity.
• Establish clear KPIs, oversee field activities, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure exceptional execution.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team members and assess performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and resource distribution.
• Deliver accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business is a mandatory qualification.
• Minimum work experience: 10 years in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 3+ years in a District Manager or Senior District Manager role.
• A proven history of meeting sales targets in a competitive marketplace.
• Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in managing Oncology or other specialized therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
