This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will hold end-to-end accountability for the sales process, guiding our clients from the initial contact and opportunity identification all the way through to the successful completion of projects.

• In your role as a strategic consultant, you will accurately assess customer needs and collaborate with your team to convert these insights into persuasive solution proposals utilizing the Atlassian stack.

• You will be responsible for the creation and design of proposals, engaging in price negotiations, and ensuring that both timelines and implementation quality align with the expectations of all parties involved.

• By fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and teams at your clients, you will serve as a reliable advisor on an equal footing.

• You will captivate customers during your solution presentations by showcasing innovative, digital collaboration methods and illustrating how product features can lead to measurable benefits.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem and its licensing model, along with a foundational grasp of how ITSM, Agile, or business processes are technically implemented, is essential.

• You should possess at least 2+ years of pertinent experience in consultative Atlassian or SaaS sales.

• You are adept at recognizing the varying requirements of stakeholders from both technical and business perspectives.

• Familiarity with software development and contemporary project methodologies is important.

• Ideally, you will have a robust customer network, Atlassian certifications, a comprehensive understanding of Atlassian Marketplace apps, and experience with other technologies such as AWS, Azure, GitLab, etc.
