This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and facilitate weekly sales and training meetings to align team goals and performance.
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, tracking key performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor and analyze sales turnover rates to enhance team effectiveness.
• Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas are met by each team member and the sales team.
• Utilize sales/product training to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, selling skills, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the HR Department to guarantee appropriate staffing levels in sales roles and the development of team members.
• Work closely with executive leadership to formulate and execute sales strategies that enhance product lines and sales performance.
• Educate the sales team by establishing training programs focused on new account sales and growth, probability, presentation strategies, competitive tactics, optimal use of sales support, profit/cost management, and contract execution.
• Possess strong communication skills (telephone and email), including presentation abilities via telephonic, Zoom, and other platforms, alongside excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Cultivate a goal-oriented, self-motivated sales culture, ensuring continuous follow-ups and accountability.
• Implement effective sales techniques and negotiation strategies to address objections and finalize deals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle objections.
• Create a Monthly Sales Plan to collaborate with the Sales Team and devise an action plan to achieve goals.
• Review, analyze, and take necessary actions based on daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure that all incoming leads are addressed and reported daily.
• Conduct random quality control evaluations with sales representatives.
• Understand and assist with the investigation process.
• Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• 2+ Years of Sales Managerial Experience.
• Proven track record in leading, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
• Strong ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in both written correspondence and presentations.
• Capacity to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and team members.
• Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Capability to build a cohesive team and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Proficient in business-related technology systems.
• Track record of servant leadership; prioritizing the needs of others and placing team goals first.
• Owner's mindset; taking responsibility for everything within the scope of responsibility while empowering others to do the same.
• Adaptability; flexible to changing market conditions and shifting priorities as needed.
• Strong ability to distill complex ideas and communicate them clearly to team members.
