Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between the organization’s internal teams and external clients.

• Supervise and actively participate in the loan process from initiation to completion.

• Guide CrossCountry Mortgage borrowers towards the most suitable financial program.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication with borrowers.

• Examine and verify income, assets, and credit documentation within the mortgage file.

• Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and provide them to the borrower.

• Help manage a pipeline that includes a variety of loans.

• Ensure the loan structure offers the optimal program based on the borrower’s situation.

• Check the file for any missing documentation.

• Discuss loan programs and associated costs with borrowers.

• Pre-underwrite items to facilitate loan approval.

• Enter data for disclosures, present, and customize the loan to meet borrower’s requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.

• Familiarity with Encompass LOS is preferred.

• Previous underwriting or processing experience is advantageous.

• Understanding of RESPA guidelines along with all mortgage and consumer regulations.

• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.

• Strong math and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Outstanding prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
