• Sales & Customer Interaction: Identifying and engaging target segments (e.g., energy consultants, engineering firms, industrial companies)
• Building and maintaining target account lists
• Assisting in customer conversations, negotiations, and partnership developments
• Preparing and supporting demos, pitches, and follow-ups
• Aiding in proof-of-concepts and proposal processes
• Business Development & Go-to-Market: Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the energy sector
• Developing and testing GTM components (messaging, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
• Supporting the establishment of partnerships
• Researching and preparing discussions with potential partners and clients
• Financing & Business Development: Preparing and conducting fundraising rounds (Pre-Seed / Seed / Series A)
• Communicating with investors, funding providers, and strategic partners
• Developing pricing, sales, and revenue models
• Responsible for budget, cash flow, and economic management
• CRM, Processes & Feedback: Maintaining the sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive)
• Supporting KPI tracking (e.g., meetings, opportunities, win rates)
• Systematically collecting customer feedback and integrating it into the product roadmap and messaging
• Assisting at trade shows, webinars, and industry events
• Creating presentations, sales materials, and concise case formats
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in sales, business development, and startup environments
• Strong communication and listening skills, confident demeanor
• Structured, independent, and proactive work style
• Enjoyment of customer interaction, research, and strategic thinking
• Passion for energy transition, innovative technologies, and sustainable solutions
• Nice-to-have (not mandatory): Initial experience with CRM tools
• Experience in presentations, pitches, or market analyses
• Basic understanding of energy markets or industrial energy systems
