• Management of corporate, MICE, and leisure clientele
• Proactively seek new business clients and identify sales opportunities within the lodging and events sectors
• Drafting and preparation of corporate contracts
• Maintenance and enhancement of existing client relationships
• Conduct corporate and client visits, along with property/site tours
• Perform site analysis and consistently monitor market trends
• Develop and implement effective and innovative sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare action plans, analyses, and reports
• Maintain brand-relevant RFP tools and sales systems
• Several years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in sales/B2B
• Strong customer contacts and comprehensive market knowledge
• Proficient in negotiation-level German and English
• Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills; confident professional demeanor
• Independent, organized, and solution-oriented working approach
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
• Strong hospitality mindset with a guest-oriented approach
