This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with client sales leaders and stakeholders to pinpoint performance gaps throughout the sales lifecycle (prospecting, discovery, qualification, closing, expansion).
• Utilize subject matter expertise in essential sales domains, which include: Sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, value-based selling), Pipeline management and forecasting, Account strategy, territory planning, and growth initiatives, Sales coaching and enabling front-line managers.
• Convert sales strategies and performance insights into practical learning experiences and enablement tools.
• Work closely with instructional designers to make sure learning solutions mirror actual sales environments and behaviors.
• Assist in developing sales enablement and learning materials, such as: Sales playbooks and field guides, Messaging frameworks and value propositions, Talk tracks, objection handling guides, and qualification tools, Role-play scenarios and simulations.
• Facilitate or assist in sales training sessions, onboarding programs, and workshops as needed.
• Define and align learning and enablement metrics related to sales effectiveness (e.g., conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline quality).
• Use feedback and performance data to enhance recommendations and consistently improve solutions.
• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, sales leadership, or a similar role.
• Practical experience in selling or supporting intricate solutions within a multi-stakeholder sales context.
• Familiarity with prevalent sales methodologies and pipeline management practices.
• Experience collaborating with Learning + Development, Enablement, or Consulting teams is preferred.
• Strong capability to translate strategy into actionable tools, behaviors, and learning experiences.
• Comfortable working in client-facing, advisory, or project-oriented settings.
