This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead and cultivate a U.S. field sales organization, encompassing both direct and indirect teams
• Develop a profound understanding of customers and the market to provide unique value propositions
• Collaborate with national and regional customers to enhance profitable revenue growth and market share
• Create and implement sales strategies in partnership with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams
• Offer insights on market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscapes, and economic factors
• Enhance sales productivity by establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and performance accountability
• Direct the annual sales planning process in alignment with both immediate priorities and long-term strategies
• Make critical decisions regarding pricing, channels, investments, and customer-facing initiatives
• Attract, nurture, and retain top sales talent through coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning
• Promote Owens Corning values concerning safety, ethics, and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management
• Demonstrated experience leading sales, marketing, or commercial teams (either directly or indirectly)
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation
• Proven business and financial acumen, including expertise in pricing and margin management
• Strategic thinker with the capability to execute through teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• Experience working across various geographies and market conditions
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
• Ability to reside near a major U.S. airport
