• Collaborate with the regional GTM team, which includes Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Success, Services, and Sales Development, to create and implement a regional sales strategy.
• Provide effective leadership, vision, and direction.
• Work alongside our regional Alliances team to identify, source, and onboard suitable channel and alliance partners while driving revenue through both direct and indirect channels.
• Establish and execute a customer acquisition strategy that encompasses direct inbound efforts and our Partner ecosystem.
• Take responsibility for achieving assigned financial performance targets related to new customer acquisition and implement strategies for growth.
• Continuously mentor and develop the sales team, which includes recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales representatives and managers.
• Report on all business aspects to the Executive Leadership team.
• Oversee the entire sales process and establish appropriate metrics for managing the sales funnel.
• Plan and lead initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
• 15+ years of experience in software/SaaS, preferably in a CX, CRM, or AI environment.
• At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing a team of 6-8 senior Account Executives within software/SaaS organizations in a SEA regional role.
• Proven experience in sales teams targeting enterprise accounts and successfully closing deals ranging from less than $100K ARR to over $1M ARR.
