This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for institutional and professional clients utilizing our Predictions and Exchange products within the US market.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional participants engaged in derivatives and digital asset markets.
• Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, overseeing onboarding, fostering ongoing relationship development, and driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to formulate client agreements and deliver customized solutions to the market.
• Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing expertise in prediction markets and CFTC-regulated products.
• Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to guide product roadmap priorities.
• Monitor pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics — you will be responsible for achieving measurable outcomes.
• Direct experience in working within or selling to CFTC-regulated markets — **this is a hard requirement**; experience at a DCM, FCM, or with CFTC-regulated derivatives products is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets, with proven success in closing and managing complex client relationships.
• Experience with the CME Group (as a client, employee, or through selling to CME-adjacent firms) is a significant advantage.
• An established network of relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, or institutional market participants in the derivatives and/or digital asset sectors.
• Strong comprehension of event contracts, binary options, or the mechanics of prediction markets.
• Comfortable navigating an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where market structures are still evolving.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams to address regulatory complexities.
• Exceptional communicator — capable of articulating complex products clearly to both sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders.
