This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for institutional and professional clients utilizing our Exchange products in the US market.
• Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional entities engaged in derivatives and digital asset markets.
• Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, overseeing onboarding, continuous relationship enhancement, and revenue expansion.
• Collaborate closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to formulate client agreements and deliver customized solutions to the market.
• Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing expertise in CFTC-regulated derivatives and digital asset products.
• Offer market insights and competitive intelligence to guide product roadmap priorities.
• Monitor pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics — you will be responsible for achieving measurable outcomes.
• Direct experience in working within or selling to CFTC-regulated markets — **this is a mandatory requirement**; experience at a DCM, FCM, or with CFTC-regulated derivatives products is highly preferred.
• Over 3 years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets, demonstrating success in closing and managing intricate client relationships.
• Experience with CME Group (as a client, employee, or in selling to firms related to CME) is a considerable advantage.
• Established network of connections with trading firms, hedge funds, or institutional market participants in the derivatives and/or digital asset sectors.
• Profound understanding of binary options, derivatives mechanics, or exchange-traded products.
• Comfortable navigating an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where the market structure is still developing.
• Capable of working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams to address regulatory complexities.
• Exceptional communicator — able to clearly articulate complex products to both sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders.
