This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Leverage an automated dialing system to reach out to warm leads and previous inquiries.
• Engage potential clients in friendly and professional dialogues to establish rapport and understand their insurance requirements.
• Assess leads according to set criteria and collect pertinent customer information.
• Arrange appointments or direct qualified prospects to insurance agents or sales personnel.
• Diligently record all interactions, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Adhere to approved call scripts while ensuring a natural and conversational tone in communications.
• Regularly meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead qualification objectives.
• Address objections in a professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Comply with all company guidelines and regulations within the insurance industry.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Experience in Sales Lead Generation.
• Proficient in using an automatic dialing system to engage with warm leads and older inquiries.
• Ability to conduct friendly and professional conversations with prospects to build rapport and identify their insurance needs.
• Skill in qualifying leads based on established criteria and gathering relevant customer data.
• Capability to schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents or sales representatives.
• Competence in accurately documenting all interactions, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Familiarity with following approved call scripts while maintaining a natural conversational style.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead qualification goals.
• Proficient in handling objections while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Understanding of all company compliance guidelines and insurance industry regulations.
• Willingness to participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs.
