This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct research to identify potential leads using online resources, databases, and social media channels.

β€’ Initiate outreach through emails, cold calls, and social messaging to present our products/services.

β€’ Evaluate leads based on established criteria and forward high-quality prospects to the sales team.

β€’ Keep precise records of leads and activity logs within CRM systems.

β€’ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.

β€’ Track and report on lead generation metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar sales position in a SaaS or technology setting.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM platforms.

β€’ Proficiency in English (knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage).
