This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
β’ Conduct research to identify potential leads using online resources, databases, and social media channels.
β’ Initiate outreach through emails, cold calls, and social messaging to present our products/services.
β’ Evaluate leads based on established criteria and forward high-quality prospects to the sales team.
β’ Keep precise records of leads and activity logs within CRM systems.
β’ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
β’ Track and report on lead generation metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar sales position in a SaaS or technology setting.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
β’ Proficiency in English (knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage).
β’ Flexible work arrangements.
