This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting paid media efforts on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Take charge of keyword strategy, bidding approaches, match types, and search intent optimization to ensure effective candidate acquisition.
• Experiment with innovative advertising platforms such as Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, encompassing targeting, creative briefings, testing, optimization, reporting, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Content teams to create and continually refine high-performing ad creatives.
• Track and enhance campaign performance utilizing KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Evaluate campaign results and convert data into actionable insights that boost acquisition efficiency.
• Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
• Regularly A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates.
• Construct and maintain performance dashboards while conveying campaign insights and recommendations to leadership.
• 3–6 years of practical experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in executing B2B paid media campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation and performance marketing.
• Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across various international markets, regions, or global audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of keyword research, search intent, match types, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Proven track record of enhancing campaign performance while decreasing CPL, CPA, and acquisition costs.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns from inception to optimization and reporting.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to manage and scale paid advertising budgets across various channels comfortably.
• Experience working with Creative teams to produce high-converting advertising assets.
• Awareness of emerging advertising platforms like Reddit Ads, X Ads (formerly Twitter), or TikTok Ads.
• Highly self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable operating in a remote-first environment.
