This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• **Responsibilities: **
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and generating new leads via the CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize lead generation initiatives and strategies.
• Leverage CRM data to segment audiences and launch targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Establish lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for follow-up by the sales team.
• Oversee and monitor both inbound and outbound lead generation activities, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Ensure the CRM operates efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and offer ongoing system support.
• Customize CRM workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to align with business needs.
• Implement data governance strategies to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Monitor and assess CRM data to enhance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate and analyze reports on lead generation performance, sales pipelines, and CRM data trends.
• Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams based on CRM data analysis.
• Track KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales growth.
• Utilize emails or LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects, schedule follow-up actions, and collaborate closely with our nonprofit team to explore new strategies.
• Investigate and employ tools to automate lead generation processes, or work with the team to learn and implement new automation strategies, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.
• 2+ years of experience generating reports using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, email prospecting, or related research activities.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or other related CRM and lead generation tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML coding.
• Basic sales techniques to effectively track, manage, and convert leads.
• Proven experience in developing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns is essential.
• Professional experience in supporting the research and organization of leads and identifying high-quality prospects for the sales team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in using Salesforce to maintain up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Ability to solve problems and identify process efficiencies and enhancements.
• Experience with or a keen interest in learning about tools and technologies that automate lead generation processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated while working remotely.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
