This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for transforming qualified prospects into clients
• Assist in establishing and organizing the sales team
• Create onboarding and sales protocols for future closers
• Provide insights from sales conversations directly to product development and marketing
• Conduct sales discussions with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required)
• Close high-ticket coaching programs effectively
• Evaluate customers' situations and deliver tailored advice
• Address objections and skillfully guide conversations towards closure
• Collaborate closely with marketing and the founder to enhance conversion rates
• Experience in building or leading small sales teams, or a strong desire to do so
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Demonstrated experience in high-ticket closing
• Background in coaching, digital products, or online business
• Strong focus on closing and a confident demeanor
• Familiarity with remote sales (Zoom/video calls)
• Clear and persuasive communication abilities
• Preferred: experience in education or coaching, knowledge of CRM systems, and an understanding of performance marketing
