This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish: source β reach out β qualify β pitch β close.
β’ Create target lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) focusing on specialty SMB services within the $1β10M range.
β’ Conduct outbound efforts through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold calling.
β’ Rigorously qualify leads based on fit, timing, and problem intensity.
β’ Manage all sales materials, including pre-call presentations, case-study one-pagers, and follow-up documents.
β’ Bring expertise in SEO and digital marketing to enhance conversations.
β’ Provide feedback from the market, including recurring objections, effective language, ICP adjustments, and pricing challenges.
β’ Maintain the integrity of the CRM by accurately tracking stages, notes, and next steps without any oversight.
β’ 1β4 years of experience in sales or related roles, ideally with some exposure to agency, digital marketing, or SEO.
β’ Excellent written communication skills (the standard is high β your outreach to us will be evaluated).
β’ Demonstrated ability to follow up in an organized manner. You ensure no tasks are overlooked.
β’ Comfortable with closing sales or willing to quickly develop confidence in closing.
β’ Remote-friendly work environment.
