• Implement effective promotions for accounts in both On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), including sampling events and festivals.
• Enhance account conditions and merchandise by creating displays, reorganizing coolers, and
• Showcasing point of sale materials to boost our brands' visibility.
• Facilitate education sessions for waitstaff and bartenders to increase brand awareness and sales volume in accounts.
• Acquire knowledge about the Boston Beer Company portfolio, the selling process, the 3-tier system, and sales within the alcoholic beverage sector.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a registered and insured vehicle, with the capability to drive to and from accounts regularly.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends throughout the summer.
• A minimum commitment of 10 weeks is required, starting in early June through August.
