This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Effectively manage both incoming and outgoing calls to prospective customers with the aim of evaluating eligibility, educating them on the benefits of utilizing Allsup’s services, and enrolling them to work with Allsup.
• Excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.
• Be self-driven to achieve success while also appreciating a competitive monthly incentive program.
• Steer conversations towards promoting Allsup services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit tact and diplomacy when addressing problem-solving scenarios.
• Possess the capability to learn intricate government programs and Allsup processes in a remote training setting.
• Enjoy assisting customers over the phone from a dedicated computer workstation that is free from distractions.
• Background in sales or a customer service-related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple complex software applications using various resources.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a professional context.
• A strong level of initiative and determination to succeed, along with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Three weeks of comprehensive, interactive training, followed by a supportive mentorship program.
• Remote work environment equipped with company-provided tools.
• Department operating hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm CST.
