This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform thorough CRO audits to pinpoint user friction, conversion obstacles, and revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Strategize, prioritize, and implement A/B tests across homepages, product detail pages (PDPs), collection pages, landing pages, and checkout processes.
• Examine customer behavior utilizing heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and behavioral analytics tools.
• Formulate hypotheses grounded in quantitative and qualitative data, validating them through structured experimentation.
• Present clear optimization recommendations backed by data and anticipated business impact.
• Provide wireframes, mockups, and implementation guidance for designers and developers.
• Oversee and enhance website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance for all assigned client accounts.
• Ensure websites adhere to performance benchmarks while providing a smooth user experience.
• Coordinate and manage quality assurance (QA) processes prior to launches, deployments, and website updates.
• Oversee GA4 implementation, ensuring tracking precision and reporting across client websites.
• Analyze Shopify and GA4 data to uncover opportunities, trends, and performance deficiencies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRO, website performance, UX optimization, or DTC e-commerce.
• Strong practical experience with Shopify, including product pages, themes, site architecture, and conversion optimization.
• Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Familiarity with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or comparable behavioral analytics platforms.
• Proven track record in executing A/B tests and translating outcomes into quantifiable business results.
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts or projects concurrently.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands is strongly preferred.
• A dual-monitor setup is essential (at least 8GB of RAM).
• Minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS required.
• 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.
