• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success or CRO consulting

• Proficient in full-funnel and direct response copywriting

• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce

• Strong skills in planning and analyzing A/B testing

• Capability to assess funnels and communicate findings effectively
