This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
• Engage with qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
• Interact with clients mainly via phone (80–90% of communication), along with follow-up emails.
• Collaborate effectively with the Estimating Department to create and present project estimates to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in compliance with company guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to confidently articulate the technical aspects of custom glass products to clients.
• Ensure precise and organized CRM management in HubSpot, encompassing notes, pipeline updates, follow-ups, and communication history.
• Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality communication with U.S.-based clients throughout the sales journey.
• Sales Experience: 2–3+ years in sales, ideally in full-cycle closing roles.
• Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working remotely is highly preferred.
• U.S. Market Experience: Familiarity with working alongside U.S.-based clients is a significant advantage.
• English: Proficient in spoken English at a C1+ level or near-native proficiency for daily calls with U.S. clients.
• Negotiation: Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Objection Handling: Competence in managing client objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Communication: Excellent client communication skills, with the capacity to build trust and clearly convey product value.
• CRM Discipline: Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of HubSpot is a bonus.
• Product Learning: Willingness and ability to thoroughly learn a technical/custom product.
