This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities.
• Offer PEO/ASO and HR solutions to business owners and executives.
• Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Establish referral partnerships with brokers and strategic allies.
• Deliver both virtual and in-person presentations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Preferred experience in HCM, PEO, Payroll, SaaS, or similar industries.
• Excellent skills in prospecting and closing sales.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas.
• Self-driven and focused on building relationships.
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.
