This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the entire new business pipeline, adhering to our established sales process and collaborating with our Partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Conduct research on target companies, create prospect lists, and identify key decision-makers.
• Implement consistent outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking, and events.
• Evaluate prospects based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and service suitability.
• Progress qualified deals through our sales stages: qualification, scoping call, joint proposal presentation with a Partner and SME, and final closing.
• Represent the Hotman Group brand in a credible, consultative, and relationship-focused manner.
• Participate in periodic events for partners and clients.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and weekly activity reporting using Pipedrive.
• Proven experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
• Comfort in reaching out to new prospects and initiating conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment regarding messaging, tone, and follow-up strategies.
• Ability to maintain consistency and discipline in outreach efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or similar platforms.
• A professional, self-motivated work style suitable for a remote environment.
• Must be located in the USA with valid work authorization.
• Capability to pass a background check.
• Access to reliable internet and a secure remote workspace.
• Development of cybersecurity strategies and programs.
• Comprehensive management of programs, from initial implementation to maturation and remediation.
• Execution of one-time projects, including policies, audits, risk assessments, incident response planning, and more.
• Assistance with major compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and others.
