This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Actively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking within the industry.

• Develop, oversee, and continuously enhance a robust sales pipeline with a strong focus on acquiring new logos.

• Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach to targeted regional and community banks.

• Lead discovery discussions to identify pain points and position FIS payments solutions as strategic enablers.

• Manage the entire sales cycle—from the initial cold call to negotiation and closing.

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of FIS products, payments technology, and the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions, pricing, and proposals.

• Prepare and present engaging presentations to senior bank executives.

• Negotiate and finalize deals that align with customer needs and FIS delivery capabilities.

• Consistently achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

• Represent FIS at industry events and conferences to enhance market presence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as a hunter with success in outbound, cold-calling sales environments.

• Experience in selling payments solutions to regional and community banks.

• Demonstrated capability to independently source opportunities and build a sales pipeline.

• Strong knowledge of financial services, payments technology, and banking operations.

• Outstanding communication, discovery, and objection-handling abilities.

• Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex buying groups.

• High resilience, discipline, and motivation in a quota-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align solutions with client requirements.

• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
