📋 Description

• Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking within the industry.

• Develop, oversee, and consistently refresh a robust sales pipeline with a strong focus on acquiring new clients.

• Conduct high-volume, quality outreach to targeted regional and community banks.

• Facilitate discovery discussions to identify pain points and position FIS payments solutions as key strategic enablers.

• Manage the entire sales process—from the initial cold call to negotiation and closure.

• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of FIS products, payments technology, and the competitive landscape.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to craft solutions, pricing strategies, and proposals.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to senior stakeholders at banks.

• Negotiate and finalize deals that align with customer requirements and FIS delivery capabilities.

• Regularly achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

• Represent FIS at industry events and conferences to enhance market presence.

• Proven track record as a proactive sales hunter with success in outbound, cold-calling sales environments.

• Experience in selling payment solutions to regional and community banks.

• Demonstrated capability to independently source opportunities and build a sales pipeline.

• Strong understanding of financial services, payments technology, and banking operations.

• Exceptional skills in communication, discovery, and handling objections.

• Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating complex buying groups.

• High resilience, discipline, and motivation in a quota-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to align solutions with client needs.

• Capacity to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
