This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Meet revenue objectives for the specified territory by developing and nurturing sales with key primary K12 and ELT accounts.
• Travel to primary K12/ELT educational institutions within the designated territory to present relevant digital and print products and solutions.
• Lead and support current distribution channels while identifying new avenues to enhance print and digital sales.
• Discover new key accounts and business opportunities that drive adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with clients and distributors to gather and manage data for NGL/Cengage digital enrollment platforms.
• Meet required daily and weekly call quotas.
• Maintain current customer contact and activity data in Cengage CRM on a daily basis.
• Utilize CRM and market data to organize calling routes and efficiently manage time and resources.
• Work together with resellers, bookstores, and distributors to promote new products and offer training.
• Organize, prepare, and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify new business and adoption prospects and devise strategies to secure business.
• Pursue editorial leads and refer them to the appropriate editor or marketing manager.
• Monitor competitor activities in the region, including adoption trends, sales strategies, and personnel movements.
• Report territory activities, key challenges, opportunities, and competition to the Head of Sales through monthly updates.
• Oversee spending in compliance with company policies.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• A degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of effective selling experience in educational publishing and/or direct sales of digital and print materials.
• Experience in a K12 school setting and/or ELT, ideally as a teacher or salesperson.
• Familiarity with living and working in the relevant territory.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and database management.
• Possess a clean driving license.
