This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current customers.
• Identify and engage potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts to meet sales objectives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide value-added solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Keep accurate CRM and sales records to aid in forecasting and marketing analysis.
• Employ data-driven decision-making to ensure adherence to pricing and service agreements.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Engage in product training, marketing strategies, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Maintain company standards and compliance throughout all procedures.
• More than 3 years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development with a verified history in industrial field sales, ideally within Industry / MRO / Electronics.
• Excellent negotiator and communicator; capable of building effective relationships.
• Results-oriented with strong financial, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledgeable in procurement processes, value selling, and achieving KPIs.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to ongoing learning.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications.
